Salary: $53,683.89-$99,647.38 (DOE), prorated based upon FTE.
Insurance: Generous Health, dental, and vision contribution from the district, currently up to $2277 (based upon family coverage), prorated based upon FTE.

and Apprentice Teachers who provide classroom support and instructional continuity when teachers are absent so student learning never stops.

Additional Compensation Opportunities
In recognition of the additional commitment and instructional work taking place at Mills Elementary, the district anticipates being able to offer:

a 2% one-time incentive payment for staff working at Mills Elementary during implementation year,

plus an ongoing 2% compensation increase connected to an expanded instructional day designed to provide students with additional learning opportunities and support.

Qualifications

Hold or qualify for a valid Oregon Teaching License issued by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)

Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based instructional environment

Demonstrated commitment to supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success of students
