SALARY: $49,638.36-$92,138.12 DOE + 4% of Base stipend. Prorated based upon FTE and start date.
Insurance: Generous Health, dental, and vision contribution from the district, currently up to $2,130 (based upon family coverage), TBD for 2024-2025.
PERS Retirement: The district assumes and pays the 6% average employee contribution to the Oregon PERS system.

SCHEDULE: Minumum of 30 days up to the end of the 2024-2025 school year
JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinate student discipline to include discipline referrals.
- Monitor student behavior and develop interventions to support positive student behaviors
- Help create Safety and Support plans for students in need of this support
- Monitor attendance and develop interventions to support student attendance + communicate with families regarding attendance
- Campus supervision/security (hallways, cafeteria, student activities, and buses).
- Facilitate the schools' PBIS system and CHAMPS classroom management.
- Actively participate in and facilitate the attendance and behavior portions of EBIS, working closely with teachers to increase support more positive behaviors
- Support and enhance family involvement at Mills Elementary School
- Facilitate and coordinate staff trainings around aspects of the position that need to be communicated to staff
- Other duties as assigned related to the position
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
- Hold or qualify for an Oregon teaching license through Teacher Standards and Practices
- Commission with an ECE/ELE endorsement.
- ESOL endorsement
- 5+ years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Familiarity with using Data to drive decision making.
- Background in RTI/MTSS systems and procedures
- Experience training staff in both one-on-one, small-group, and large-group formats
