Position:

• Food Delivery Driver – Cafeteria Helper – Temporary 

Function:

• To assist the head cook and/or the assistant cook; drive school pickup, deliver packed meals, set up & clean up.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation; serving food; clean up;
• Must be willing and ABLE to lift packed food boxes, LOAD & Unload, DRIVE a district pickup/van type vehicle to deliver Breakfast and Lunches to Klamath Union High School during the remodel of their Cafeteria.
• Must be responsible to follow all food safety and health practices;
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds;
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Current driver’s license; good driving record;
• The employee is expected to be dressed and groomed in a neat, clean and appropriate professional manner for the assignment and work setting.

 Wage:

• $10.50 per hour 

Schedule:

• Up to 3 hours per day, 179 Days per year (Days will be prorated to reflect actual start date)
• Schedule varies due to High School meal schedule; split-shift preferred
