Position: Ponderosa Middle School- Coed Wrestling Coach Positions- 2 positions
6th, 7th, & 8th grade coed wrestling season is tentatively scheduled for January 2-February 24, 2018. Practices will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Matches will be Tuesdays and Thursdays. Travel to matches is required.
Function: Coach will provide practice, training, and skill building opportunities
for 6th, 7th, & 8th grade coed wrestling to compete in the SOMSAC season.
Coaches are encouraged to recruit additional volunteer coaches, scorekeeper, and manager for their team.
Requirements: Experience working with and/or coaching youth sports. Must pass background check and drug screen. Must keep daily practice and match attendance of all participants.
Salary: $450.00 stipend
Tentative Schedule: First week of practice is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Daily practice 3:30-5:00 (times may vary for practice.) Once matches begin, practices will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Matches will be Tuesdays and Thursdays.
