Responsibilities:

Evaluator will oversee 21st CCLC Summative evaluation for Year 5, evaluations and assessments for program improvement, ongoing evaluation strategies that will assist in improving student outcome and ODE reports.

This position includes:

Review of current data collection method and sets; Analysis of 2016-2017 collected data; Preparation of 2017-2018 data collection methods, creation of surveys, focus group questions, for current teachers, CCLC instructional staff, advisory group, parents, and students; Collection and analysis of 2017-2018 data collection; Reports as required for Year 5 summative and 2017-2018 data for 21st CCLC final reports; Submit monthly progress reports and meets with CCLC data lead and Program director, ODE may require additional data/assessments driven by grant compliance requirements that will be addressed.

Term of the contract:

10 month contract for services effective from September 5, 2017- June 30, 2018.

Compensation:

$12,500.00

Desired Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of four years of progressively successful evaluation and assessment experiences. Knowledge of KFCS K through 8. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must complete and show proof of KFCS Personal Services Agreement forms.
