Position:
CCLC AFTER-SCHOOL INTERMURAL SPORTS COORDINATOR
Location: PONDEROSA MIDDLE SCHOOL
Grades 6th-8th developing and implementing after school intermural sports program. All coed sports to include at minimum: Basketball, Wrestling, Volleyball, Archery, and Flag Football from October 2017-June 2018.
Function:
Coordinator will provide leadership in developing and implementing an After- School intermural sports program for grades 6-8. This will include schedule of sports that will provide practice, training, and skills building opportunities in each sport. Coordinator will need to recruit coaches and volunteer coaches. Coordinator is required to correspond and plan accordingly in preparation for meals, transportation, and attendance of sports with CCLC After-school program site coordinator. Coordinator will provide curriculum leadership in Science of Sport activities.
Requirements:
Current Oregon teaching license and relevant sport experience preferred.
Salary:
$4,500 stipend from October 2017- June 2018
