Hold or qualify for an Oregon Nursing license
Requirements:
Responsibilities
Provide orientation staff trainings
Provide on call support: be available by phone September 18, 2017-May 25, 2018
Provide active duty support: be available as needed September 18, 2017-May 12, 2018
Submit a quarterly (every 3 months) CCLC daily logbook to Program Director
The stipend adjustment will be determined based upon calculating both the amount of number of call support days and number of activity duty support days.
Stipend:
Additional stipend adjustment (to be determined)
Call support daily amount $50
Active duty daily support amount $75
Schedule:
Antipated schedule based on students’ needs
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:00-5:00
Wednesday 2:00-4:00
Dates: September 18, 2017 -May 25, 2018
