New 21st Century Community Learning Centers position, this position is open until filled. This position is contingent upon grant funding.
POSITION: 21ST Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Administrative Coordinator
FUNCTION: 21ST Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) after school program Administrative Coordinator will coordinate and execute of all aspects of Oregon Department of Education (ODE) Annual Performance Reporting (APR) documents.
- Administrative Coordinator will provide individualized and group coaching for Site Coordinators K-8, including the development of scope and sequence of Site Coordinators’ responsibilities to support after school programming in academic and enrichment instruction including recruitment and retention strategies.
- Administrative Coordinator will focus on creating high impact Site Coordinator leadership, including implementation strategies and will conduct site observations at Conger, Mills, Pelican, and Roosevelt elementary schools and Ponderosa Middle School.
- Administrative Coordinator support to Site Coordinators will include:Individualized coaching at least once a month
- Whole group trainings at least twice a month
Site observations/evaluations at least once a week per site
- Administrative Coordinator will execute all interviews and hiring paperwork for CCLC staff.
- Administrative Coordinator will prepare time sheets and accounts payable.
- Administrative Coordinator will be oversight supervisor for Site Coordinators, Academic Instructors, and Curriculum Developers, Sport Coaches, and Clerical.
- Administrative Coordinator will coordinate and plan all meetings/trainings with CCLC staff.
- Administrative Coordinator support to CCLC program for APR reports to include K-8 data collection and data inputting into EZReports for each site.EZ Reports to include generating twice-monthly site reports for the Director of CCLC and generating quarterly reports for ODE.Year end reporting
- Whole group site data assessment with Site Coordinators at least once a month
- EZ Reports assuring accuracy of site data
REQUIREMENTS: Associate Degree required and/or three years recent, successful experience working with after school programming in a leadership position and experiences working with data base systems, EZ Reports preferred.
Supervisory and Project Management organization skills preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills
Ability to self-direct, prioritizes, and trouble shoot with minimum supervision.
Competency in Microsoft suite required.
Expected to dress, groom, and interact in appropriate professional manner for this assignment and work setting.
Other duties as assigned.
SALARY: $20.92 per hour
HOURS: Maximum 40 hours per week
SCHEDULE: Must be available during after school programming hours K-8 3:00-5:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Wednesday2:00-5:00.
August 1, 2017- June 30, 2018
Daily schedule M-F, 8-5 flexible depending on trainings/meetings
Mandatory meetings with Site Coordinators 2 times a month.
Anticipated schedule subject to change to allow for strategic flexible scheduling. |
