CONGER, MILLS, PELICAN, PONDEROSA, AND ROOSEVELT SCHOOLS
Position: After School Programming Site Coordinators -TEMPORARY – 5 positions
Function: 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) after school programming site coordinator to support supplemental instruction programming for K - 8th grade students receiving academic and/or enrichments.
Requirements: Associate Degree required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or two years recent, successful experience working with K-8 students.
Supervisory and Project Management experiences preferred;
Organizational skills and computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office;
Must possess excellent written and oral skills;
Excellent skills in interpersonal communications and problem solving;
Ability to be self directed and prioritize with minimal supervision;
Expected to be dressed and groomed in a appropriate professional manner.
Salary: $16.00- $16.81 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week on site supervision
Conger, Mills, Pelican, and Roosevelt Anticipated Work Schedule:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays (2:00 pm – 5:30 pm)
Wednesdays (1:30 pm – 5:30 pm (to include weekly site meetings)
Ponderosa Anticipated work schedule:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays (2:15 pm- 5:30pm)
Wednesdays (1:30 pm – 5:00 pm)
Site Responsibilities: Recording keeping; daily attendance; staff time sheets; classroom observations/evaluations; parent engagement activities; data for ODE reporting.
Schedule:
Professional development training week August 28th –September 15th (dates, times, and location TBD)
Program dates: September 18th 2017- May 25th, 2018
Anticipated total of 148 instructional days
Days/times subject to change to allow for strategic flexible scheduling
Mandatory Professional Development Days (2 meetings a month)
Mandatory Weekly trainings/meetings (every Wednesday at your site) |
