FUNCTION: To assist in the maintenance of and keeping the building and grounds in a condition of operational excellence, cleanliness and safety so full educational use is always available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Complete the cleaning schedule for the areas assigned within the appropriate amount of time;

Assist with necessary building maintenance and grounds (lawn mowing, snow removal) as assigned by the supervisor;

Use equipment in the building as needed; (buffers, mowers, etc.)

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor;

Assist with set up for extra curricular activities indoors and outdoors.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

SCHEDULE:

2017-2018 School Year beginning July 2017, 8 Hours pers day/260 Days per day

$12.55, 2016-2017 Salary Schedule

2017-2018 Salary Schedule (Currently Negotiating)

This position will remain open until June 14, 2017 at minimum or until filled.
