Independent Contract positions CCLC

POSITION: CCLC After School Program Ambassador Advisor
Responsibilities

Assist in CCLC program outreach, marketing, and community building.
Providing leadership and implementation programming to move beyond time-limited grants with recommendations to diversity the CCLC funding base.
Creating an actionable sustainability plan for the 21st Community Learning Centers (CCLC) after school program.
Which includes:

  • Determining action: analysis and assessment of current programming
  • Conducting a gap analysis: determining fiscal needs, identifying existing resources, and analyze funding gaps.
  • Creating a strategy that aligns resources/explores cost savings options that generate new revenue sources beyond grants, leveraging partnerships, create an Advisory group.
  • Executing a plan by identifying resource and partnership opportunities, prioritize resource development strategies, assign roles and responsibilities, create and communicate this "roadmap"plan.

 

 

Term of the contract: 9 month contract for services effect from October 1, 2016- June 30, 2017.

Compensation: $9,000.00

Desired Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university AND/OR a minimum of three years of progressively responsible work experiences in community development, public nonprofit management, educational administration. Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability in creating organizational sustainability plans.
