FUNCTION:

Substitute custodians are called in to assist in keeping buildings and grounds in a condition of operational excellence, cleanliness and safe so full educational use is available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Complete the cleaning schedule for the areas assigned within the appropriate amount of time;

Assist with necessary building maintenance and grounds (lawn mowing, snow removal) as assigned by the supervisor;

Use equipment in the building as needed; (buffers, mowers, etc.)

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor;

Assist with set up for extra curricular activities indoors and outdoors;

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

REQUIREMENTS:

ODE background check (Fee of $59.00 includes background check and fingerprinting)
