Food Service Substitute
Function:
Food service substitutes are called to assist the head cook, assistant cook and/or cafeteria helper as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking; serving food; clean up; Must be responsible to follow all food safety and health practices; May input computer data; paperwork and record keeping; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; valid food handler's card.
The employee is expected to be dressed and groomed in a neat, clean and appropriate professional manner for the assignment and work setting.
